FDC completes concrete works for a total of 11 Towers

The concrete works of 11 out of 32 towers being developed by Fahi Dhiriulhun Corporation in Hulhumale’ Phase II have been Completed.   

This consists of 9 towers by our contractor KPIL and 2 towers by our contractor NBCC. Finishing works are currently ongoing in these 11 towers.   

The most recent milestone in this project is the completion of Aman Dhoadhi Tower 1, which was Completed last Monday. This achievement underscores the dedication to project timelines and showcases the commitment to delivering superior construction quality.  

Aman Udhares towers 11, 12, and 13 are also witnessing significant progress, with finishing works exceeding 80% in all three towers. Simultaneously, lift installations are underway in these towers, enhancing the functionality and accessibility of these structures for future residents.  

A total of 4000 housing units will be developed under FDC-JMC and FDC-NBCC housing project.  This includes 1400 units of 900-square-foot, 3-bedroom apartments, and 600 units of 650-square-foot, 2-bedroom apartments. Adopting a mixed residential development approach, the ground and first floors of each project are allocated for parking and commercial use.  

With 16 towers designated for each housing project, a mix of 2-bedroom and 3-bedroom apartments is integrated. Each tower, spanning 17 to 18 floors, is designed with three lifts to ensure convenient vertical mobility for residents.
