Fahi Dhiriulhun Corporation (FDC)’s Aman Dhoadhi experience units have officially launched to the public. The Aman Dhoadhi experience units were officially inaugurated by the Minister of Housing, Land, and Urban Development, Dr. Ali Haidar Ahmed during an event held at Aman Dhoadhi tower 16.
Speaking at the event, Managing Director of Fahi Dhiriulhun Corporation, Mr. Hamdhan Shakeel highlighted FDC’s dedication to completing the units at an accelerated schedule, emphasizing the utmost priority placed on the timely delivery of these housing units.
The event saw the presence of key figures, including Dr. Ali Haidar Ahmed, Minister of Housing, Land, and Urban Development, Dr. Abdulla Muththalib, Minister of Construction and Infrastructure, Shazim Saeed Urbanco’s Director Real Estate Management and Abdulla Nazir Deputy Managing Director of STELCO along with non-executive director of FDC Najeel Ahmed.
The housing units of the of Aman Dhoadhi are developed in 16 towers. These towers consist of 600 two-bedroom units and 1400 three-bedroom housing units. The two-bedroom units will be 650 sqft and the three-bedroom units will be 900 sqft.
While a total of 4000 housing units are being developed under FDC, these units are designed to offer a comfortable living experience which consists of essential finishing such as floor tiling, putty-finished and painted walls, electrical fittings, bath fittings, and tiling.
The Aman Dhoadhi experience units launched today provide a sneak peek into the finished products before they are allocated to the public. These experience units not only highlight the meticulous attention to detail in construction but also offer a glimpse into the various furnishing options available for modern homes.

The Aman Dhoadhi experience units launched today are located on the 2nd floor of Dhoadhi Tower 16 within the FDC-NBCC Housing project. The experience unit can be booked through FDC booking portal.
